Find out which walls are solid or stud as this will determine whether you can channel pipes / conceal fittings or if you will need to build out. These basic layout checks will determine where fittings can be placed.

If you’re tight on space, wall hung WC and vanity units will give the illusion of more floor area in your bathroom. Also, I strongly recommend under floor heating, which will not only save space but will also create that element of luxury.
